A10 houses Real SFX who deliver a creative, modern approach to all aspects of physical effects. With their workshop and stores based on site, high-quality equipment is always close at hand.

A8 is strategically positioned on the backlot, offering dedicated toilet and welfare fcilities for construction crews and production teams working on exterior builds and backlot operations.

A7 offers 12.000 sq ft space including a substantial 3,000 sq ft mezzanine floor, making it ideal for props storage on major productions. The building’s scale configuration make it particulary suitable for high-end, large-scale shoots, though it can be adapted to serve as any type of workshop your production requires.

A6 houses Translux, industry-leading suppliers of luxury facility vehicles. With both workshop and office space on-site, Translux can maintain their premium fleet while showcasing their vehicles to potential clients in a dedicated showroom environment – offering productions the opportunity to view the luxury facilities available before booking.

A5 spans two substantial floors, originally designed as a comprehensive costume and makeup facility with integrated offices, workshops, fitting rooms, and storage. In recent productions, this adaptable space has been divided to serve multiple departments simultaneously – functioning as props storage, production offices, design offices, and additional storage across different productions. This flexibility makes A5 one of our most versatile ancillary buildings.

A4 offers versatile space ideal for use as a construction workshop, paint shop, or medium-sized props store – providing flexible support for art and construction departments.

A3 houses MBS Lighting & Equipment’s new Welsh office and operational base, providing on-site access to professional lighting services and equipment hire.

A2 offers flexible space suitable for use as a small workshop, paint shop, props store, or set storage – providing versatile support space for construction and art departments.
